Ontario has designated the week beginning on the third Sunday of November as Bullying Awareness and Prevention Week to help promote safe schools and a positive learning environment. In preparation, St. Jerome has invited “Brave Education” (https://braveeducation.com) to conduct virtual workshops with our Grade 1-8 students. Both in person and remote students will participate with their class.
To answer some of the questions regarding our hybrid model when it comes to the importance of attendance, being classroom ready, and switching modalities, it is hoped that the following two references will be helpful.
