“Good Better Best, Never Let It Rest. Until Your Good Is Better And Your Better Is Best” ~St. Jerome
We are excited to celebrate the accomplishments of our students from Term 1 who have made improvements in their learning skills. Our Growing Success Document states that “The development of learning skills and work habits needed to succeed in school and in life begins
early in a child’s schooling. As students move through the grades, they develop and then consolidate their learning skills and work habits.”
At St. Jerome, we encourage our students to strive to set goals and make personal advances in all six areas of; Responsibility, Self-Regulation, Organization, Independent Work, Collaboration, and the ever-important Initiative. On Friday, February 24th we will gather in an assembly to award those students who have made an effort to achieve these goals with a ribbon. We are looking forward to our celebration!
Learning Skills are Life-Skills!
