Come out and join us as we walk to school tomorrow! Parents are most welcome to put on their running shoes and St. Jerome Spirit Wear, or wear our school colors- red, gold and black, and join their children as we walk to school!
You can join our “Walking School Bus” lead by Principal, Ms.Wright too! We will be meeting at the Optimist Park behind Northern Lights School and leaving at 8:10 am to walk along Birkshire Drive and into St. Jerome’s school yard. If the “Walking School Bus” has departed please do not leave your child unsupervised. In the event of heavy rain, the walking school bus will be cancelled and events will take place in the gym.
Please note that buses will be running as usual.
Upon arrival at St. Jerome, all students will enter the school yard and be greeted by members of Activate Aurora. Keep a lookout for our new school mascot, Rory, who will make his first appearance! The morning will begin with a school-wide Zumba class led outside in the school yard. Parents are welcome to join in the fun from 8:10 am to 9:00 am.
